Both stars are then seen crying and trying to make each other jealous as well as missing the close relationship they used to have.
They then reunite by the lifts in a block of flats where they share an emotional and passionate kiss.
The track is taken from Tulisa's forthcoming debut album - The Female Boss - which is scheduled for release on November 26.
Tulisa recently said that she feels it is important for every artist to have a ballad that people can relate to and connect with.
She told Digital Spy: "I think it's important for every artist to have that ballad that stands the test of time.
"I really feel like this ballad is one of those songs. I hope it touches people."
